Seller motivated by personal situation (health, retirement, divorce)
Seller trying to offload a distressed business (few admit this)

I found myself caught in several complaints this week.
All rooted in the same idea - that things should be different than they are.
It makes me wonder why this thought is so intoxicating.
What promise does it hold?
That if things were different... I would be happier, more at ease, less burdened.
And in some sense it's true. If todays burdens were lifted - my outlook in the immediate would improve.
But then what?

Always go long. If it's not worth going long on don't do it. If you go long you will outlive your fears, critics and excuses. When in doubt, go long.
Out care your competitors. Just care more. To the point of extreme inconvenience to yourself. This works 100% of the time without exception.
